Questionnaire – Mallard Point Labradors

All puppies are temperament tested at the age of seven weeks. Once the evaluation process is complete we will then match the appropriate puppy to the appropriate family.

To reserve a puppy we will need to first approve your questionnaire. Once approved a $500 non refundable deposit will reserve your puppy.

All puppies are sold as companions and are sold with a spay/neuter agreement.

Please note sometimes our responses go in your spam/junk folder. Be sure to check there as well once you have submitted your questionnaire.

Deposits are non refundable for various reasons..

A. We want to ensure you are 100% committed to one of our puppies.
B. A lot of time and effort goes into emails, photos and conversations.
C. Deposits help cover the costs testing done prior to breeding.

By submitting this questionnaire you understand that the non-refundable deposit policy is an implied legal contract as such.
